Hugh Jones, Sytorus. Board Member

Hugh Jones is a co-founder of Sytorus Ltd, and an experienced Data Protection specialist. Hugh provides professional DP consultancy services, and is a frequent speaker at Privacy and Data Management events in Ireland and overseas. Through Sytorus, Hugh offers both public and bespoke training to organisations in the areas of data management and regulatory compliance. As a certified Data Protection practitioner, Hugh supports organisations striving to achieve and maintain compliance with Irish and European Data Protection legislation. He facilitates projects to design and deploy appropriate policies and procedures in relation to data privacy, data quality and records retention, and conducts regular site audits and process evaluations on behalf of his clients.

Since 2011, Hugh has been a member of the IDMA’s Regulatory sub-committee, and joined the Board in early 2014.


Bill Moss

Bill Moss, Bill Moss Partnership

Bill studied at the University of Notre Dame (BA). He managed the marketing services department of Dun & Bradstreet between the years of 1978-1992. He was also the founding member and past Chairman of the Irish Direct Marketing Association. The Bill Moss Partnership was established in 1992 where Bill is the Managing Director. The company, which specialise in list compilation and list broking for business to business, business to consumers, and investors, domestic and international, are members of the MII, ASAI, IDMA and UK Direct Marketing Association.

Lorcan Lynch, DataExcel. Board Member

Having worked in the Direct Marketing indusLorcan phototry in Ireland for over 20 years, Lorcan brings a wealth of data marketing experience to the Board. He previously worked for a number of SMEs and corporate data brands both at home and abroad including Experian, the global information company where he managed the marketing services division migrating some of their award winning international products to the Irish Market.

Lorcan is tasked with developing the MPS, Ireland’s National Postal Suppression file with the focus on digitally scaling consumer engagement and adding new suppression data such as the National Deceased File and third party data feeds from leading Irish data owners.

Áine O’Connor

Áine is the Client Services and Communications Manager.
